Scenes from the Past



Most days I'm a blue jeans kind of guy,
but some days I do "dress for work".




Had to suit up for this shot.
Yes it was hot,
Yes it is real...
No, I'm not a Fireman.
I just take pictures of them,
with their Pierce fire trucks.

  6. I think that's an awesome photo of you Glen! I like how you captured the fire engine actually being used in a setting that is dynamic and appears dangerous. The way this is composed, it almost looks like a battle between good and evil.

  7. Wow Glenn you look wonderful in a fireman suit. But taken pictures of them is your things I believe. These are stunning. The composition of the truck, the fireman, and the colors behind it all makes me feel as if I'm right there at the scene.

    Hope everyone was okay were that fire was?

  13. Thanks for the comment! I'm surprised there are Hartjes in the US! It must be hard to pronounce for most people there (Hardjuz?).
    You do look a bit like my father (could be the beard) and he enjoys photography as a hobby. ;-)
